By accessing or using Simple Pik, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Simple Pik. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into these Terms.
3. Nature of the Service
Simple Pik is a sports pick challenge platform built around private groups, League Challenges, ranks, points, posted rewards, community features, and friendly competition. Simple Pik is not a sportsbook, casino, gambling operator, wagering platform, or cash-out service.
4. Accounts and User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to share accounts, impersonate others, or create fraudulent accounts.
5. Picks, Scores, and Rankings
Game schedules, scores, rankings, challenge results, and related information may rely on third-party data providers. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate, or available.
6. Rewards, Promotions, and Challenges
Simple Pik may offer points, badges, recognition, promotional opportunities, challenge prizes, invite bonuses, or other incentives. These rewards are not betting payouts or cash-outs. Eligibility requirements, winner selection methods, and challenge-specific rules may vary and will be displayed when applicable.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Simple Pik to violate laws, harass users, manipulate rankings, abuse promotions, create fake accounts, interfere with the service, distribute harmful software, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, including usernames, messages, profile information, and group activity. By submitting content, you grant Simple Pik the rights necessary to display, store, and operate the service.
9. Intellectual Property
The Simple Pik name, branding, logos, software, designs, graphics, and platform content are owned by Simple Pik or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, create security risks, or engage in suspicious activity.
11. Disclaimers
Simple Pik is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, availability, accuracy, or performance of the service.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simple Pik and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Simple Pik after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
