League Challenges
League Challenges are Simple Pik's season-long competitions where players pick games week after week, earn points, climb the ranks, invite friends, and compete for league-wide recognition and clearly posted reward opportunities. Instead of one private group, League Challenges let you test your sports knowledge against the wider Simple Pik community for an entire season.
How it works
A League Challenge is built around one sport or league. Players join the challenge, make picks during each active week, and earn points based on how many games they get right. Every week matters because your points can build toward your full season total, helping you move up the ranks over time.
Select the league challenge you want to join, such as football, basketball, baseball, hockey, or another active Simple Pik league.
Each week, pick the winners from the available games before the league challenge locks.
Correct picks turn into points. Points build your weekly score and your season-long league rank.
Season format
Unlike a one-week challenge, League Challenges reward consistency. A player can have one great week, but the strongest season players are the ones who keep showing up, keep picking, and keep earning points.
Each active week has its own set of games. Players make picks for that week's matchups and submit them before the lock deadline.
Points from each week can count toward your full season score. This gives every pick value beyond just the current week.
Even if you miss a week or have a bad card, the next week gives you another chance to earn points and move back up the ranks.
A strong season is built through steady performance. Weekly wins, streaks, invite points, and bonus opportunities can all help your climb.
The ranks board shows which players are leading the league challenge and who is gaining ground as the season continues.
Simple Pik can highlight special weeks, rivalry weeks, playoff weeks, or bonus-point weeks to make the season more exciting.
Points
League Challenge points are what separate players across the season. Every correct pick helps, but extra point opportunities can also reward consistency, activity, and big performances.
Players earn points when they correctly pick the winning team in a game. These points add to the player's weekly score and season total.
Players can earn extra recognition or bonus points for having one of the strongest cards of the week.
A player who builds a run of correct picks may earn streak-based points or be highlighted as one of the hottest players in the challenge.
Completing and submitting a valid weekly card can earn participation points, helping reward players who stay active all season.
The season total combines eligible weekly points and bonuses to determine where each player ranks in the league challenge.
Ranks
League Challenges use ranks to show who is winning now, who had the best week, and who is building the strongest season. Ranks help players know exactly where they stand.
Weekly ranks show who performed best during the current challenge week. This keeps every week competitive even in a long season.
Season ranks show total performance across the league challenge. Players can climb by making strong picks week after week.
Players who are on strong streaks or moving up quickly can stand out during the season.
A bad week does not end your season. Strong future weeks can help players recover and move back into the race.
Rewards
League Challenges can support free-to-play reward types depending on how the active challenge is set up. Some rewards may focus on weekly performance, while others may focus on the full season race. Rewards are not wagers, betting payouts, or cash-outs.
Top weekly players can be recognized for having the strongest card during that challenge week.
The highest-ranked players at the end of the season can qualify for season-ending rewards or recognition under posted rules.
Simple Pik can add special free-to-play reward opportunities for featured weeks, invite events, playoff runs, or promotional challenges.
Invite points
League Challenges are more exciting when more players compete. Invite points reward users who help grow the challenge by bringing in friends, family, coworkers, or sports fans who want to join the season race.
Players can share an invite link or code with someone who wants to join Simple Pik and compete in a League Challenge.
The invited player signs up and completes the required action, such as joining a League Challenge or submitting their first weekly picks.
Once the invite qualifies, points can be added to your account and help boost your Simple Pik activity score.
Invites do more than earn points. They make the league more competitive by adding more players to the ranks.
Ways to earn
A player can earn through great picks, weekly consistency, inviting others, completing cards, and taking advantage of special challenge opportunities.
Earn points when the teams you select win their games.
Submit a valid weekly card to stay active and keep building your season score.
Strong weekly finishes can help your rank and build your reputation in the league challenge.
Earn invite points when qualified invited users join and complete the required actions.

Featured weeks or special promotions can create extra ways to earn points.
Deadlines
League Challenges stay fair by locking picks before games begin. Players should complete their weekly card before the posted deadline.
Players can review games, make picks, edit picks, and complete the weekly card.
Picks close and every submitted card becomes final for that challenge week.
Players follow game results while Simple Pik updates points, weekly ranks, and season ranks.
Why League Challenges matter
League Challenges are designed for players who want to prove they know a sport over time. One big week can move you up, but a full season shows who can stay sharp through changing teams, injuries, rivalry games, upsets, playoff races, and pressure weeks.
Every game can affect your weekly score and season total.
Ranks make it easy to see who is leading, who is close, and who is making a comeback.
The best players are the ones who stay active and keep earning until the challenge ends.
